Ben Kreukniet is an artist and creative director who works between visual art, sound design and architecture. Creating installations and instruments which combine spatial design and audio-visual technology to reveal structures and processes which shape human experience.

His process is multi-disciplinary and collaborative – working with a network of designers, makers and technologists to realise work for museums and galleries, fashion, public space and live performance.

Before starting his solo practice in 2016, Ben co-directed United Visual Artists and sister studio Another Space, overseeing design and development across the studio’s artistic and performative practice.

During his eight years with UVA, Ben developed installations for the Barbican Curve (London), Hyundai Motorstudio (Seoul), MONA (Hobart) and the Manchester International Festival. Ben has created work for brands including Nike, Samsung, Cartier, Versace and Louis Vuitton, in addition to directing tours for Massive Attack and James Blake.
